Woodland Embossing Folder - Follow Your Dreams Card

Follow Your Dreams Card. Make this simple card using the Labeler Alphabet stamp set and the Woodland Embossing Folder from Stampin' Up!

A simple project
Today's card is a beautiful forest card that you can add whatever sentiment you like to. I'm going to take you through it step-by-step so that you can create your very own whimsical forest. You need relatively few supplies although you do need a Big Shot Machine and the Woodland Embossing Folder. Scroll down to the tutorial for a complete list of crafting supplies.

How to make this card
1. Choose the colours that you want to use. I used Bright colours but sponged them very lightly, so that they almost look pastel. I used Daffodil Delight, Tempting Turquoise and Melon Mambo.

2. Put your Whisper White Cardstock into the Woodland Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and spread run through the Big Shot Machine.

3. Sponge lightly over the areas that are not raised - ie. inbetween your trees.

4. Using a Brayer, lightly roll over the raised segment of your cardstock using a Classic Stampin' Pad. I used Basic Black but any contrasting colour works fine.

5. Stamp your sentiment using the Labeler Alphabet Stamp Set, fussy-cut out and put aside.

6. Assemble your card using Snail adhesive, and our fabulous Stampin' Dimensionals to raise the sentiment up.
