If you're new to this blog you might not have worked out that Stampin' Up! bases all its products around several Colour Families.
All of our papers, inks, ribbons, embellishments and other craft items all co-ordinate with these colour families, which takes the guess-work out of your crafting experience. This means you can get on with the wonderful act of creating.
We have four main colour familes ~ Brights, Neutrals, Regals and Subtles ~ and two 'In Color' families ~ 2016-2018 and 2017-2019.
The main colour families undergo a 'Colour Refresh' about once every 5 years - this keeps us up-to-date and fresh. The two In Color families last for two years each, overlap and are on point as the latest colour trend.
Take a look at our colours below...
There is a fabulous app SU Color Lab which means you can see combinations of these colours together, or you can put your favourite Stampin' Up! colours together to see what they look like before you create something. The service is free to use - I have been using it a lot recently!
If you have any questions about Stampin' Up! products or our colour families please don't hesitate to give me a shout,
PS. If you're wondering why I'm interchanging the words 'colour' and 'color' it's because Stampin' Up! is an American company with American names, but of course I'm a Demonstrator in the UK.
