Time of Year & Kinda Eclectic - Simple Stamping Project

I don't know where you were in the UK yesterday but my goodness - we had GLORIOUS sunshine in Suffolk yesterday. It was fantastic - I popped out and everyone was so cheerful! The sun certainly makes a huge difference to mood and it was very evident that the people here are ready for Spring!

It is grey and cold and drizzly today but I thought that in the spirit of yesterday we'd have a sunny card anyway...

Time of Year Hostess Stamp Set, Stampin' Up!

It's hard to believe that this project has only a simple layer of stamps - it has such depth but there is no embossing or punches or dies. I love the way this card has come out.

Create this card
I stamped the sentiment and flowers from Time of Year, which is one of our Hostess stamp sets and can be purchased with Stampin' Rewards.

I used Tuxedo Memento Black, and some Sweet Sugarplum which is from the 2016-2018 In Colors, along with the Peekaboo Peach Cardstock.

The sunshine stamp in the background is from Kinda Eclectic which is also available in Clear Mount.

I was really happy with how this came out! I think as the weather gets better my projects will get sunnier! Feel free to copy and share (CASE).

Back tomorrow with another project,
UK Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, Lauren Huntley, Crafty Hippy, England
