It's lovely and sunny here in Needham Market today, it is such a relief to see the sun out! I've noticed that the days are getting that little bit brighter. I don't mind the winter but it's too dark and cold for me. I come to life as we approach Spring; it always feels like a time of great possibility and excitement! I feel very connected to the earth and the seasons have a huge impact on my emotions.
I've been out this morning to go to the shops and get some fresh air. I love Needham Market, it's such a quaint little place...
We're lucky that we're nestled in the countryside, with streams and bridges and fields and common land... but we have enough small shops to sustain us, including a wonderful farm shop where we get our fresh fruit and veggies.
Even our train station is beautiful!
It's so nice to be able to show you where I live. I suppose I should get talking about today's sunny project which is also very pretty:
I used the Kinda Eclectic stamp set (available in Wood Mount and Clear Mount) and stamped the sunshine stamp in Daffodil Delight, which is a cheery colour. I used the Labeler Alphabet to create the sentiment 'Happy Birthday'. I finished the card off with some Solid White Baker's Twine, which is probably one of my favourite accessories in the catalogue.
I hope you have the sun wherever you are, enjoy your day. Back tomorrow,
