Well it has been a super-busy week again! How can it be Friday already??!

Yesterday I had a long day attending a shoot for one of the artists that I model for; yesterdays theme for the exhibition was Contemporary Pin-Up, so today I have made a card with a slight vintage feel to it - that has actually been part-designed by someone else, their inspiration buying me a little bit of time today!

So here it is, I absolutely adore it. It is based on a card made by Stephanie-Emma Baker of Stampinboots, so credit for both the inspiration and the design must go to her.

Her design features a crown at the top of her card, a smaller rhinestone, different ribbon and a different shade of ink for the spotty frame, so I think I can say that this version is nearly my own.

What do you think?? I really love the layering and the colour combination, I think it works really well and has produced a very elegant card:

It was made using Stampin' Up! products and shows just what lovely cards can be made - so much better than the ones you buy in the shops!! I fancy having a go at this card with either a flower at the top; or using shades of blue. That is on my agenda for this week. I may even share one of the photos that were taken yesterday, so you can see what other types of creating I get up to. Big thanks for the inspiration today Stephanie-Emma!
If you would like to make this card you will need:
Stamps: Four Frames, Creative Elements
Cardstock: Very Vanilla, Early Espresso
Inks: Sahara Sand, Early Espresso
Punches: Decorative Label Punch
Ribbon: Victoria Crochet Trim
Accessories: Versamark ink, Rhinestone, Clear Embossing Powder, Gold Embossing powder

Or, you can use any combination of any colour, or change the sentiment in the frame in the middle.
