Build a Blossom

I think one of the products I love most from Stampin' Up! are the stamps that have matching accessories ~ eg. dies, punches, paper ~ that go with them.

A little while ago I invested in the Build a Blossom stamp set which has a matching punch (Blossom Petals Builder), and produces a range of leaves and flower petals!

I must admit I have neglected it a bit fearing that I wouldn't be able to produce anything from it that I liked (despite my love of nature) - but how wrong I was!

Build a Blossom
So here it is!
I made it using only 3 colours - Very Vanilla, Real Red and Perfect Plum.
I think you'll agree they go really well together. I also used a bit of Velum (tracing paper) for some extra petals, and a bit of Victoria Crochet Trim to finish off the card.
The middle part of the flower was made using the Mixed Medley Hostess set from the Autumn and Winter Catalogue - this stamp set is well worth getting as it includes 10 stamps and sentiments for Christmas, Valentines Day, Hallowe'en and general. You can get this if you place an order of £150, or have a workshop that exceeds that amount (including your own spending!).
Please get in touch with me if you would like to order any of the products you see on my blog and I'll be only too pleased to help!
