Butterflies Thinlits Dies: How to make a beautiful Triple Butterfly Card

Learn how to make this butterfly card by Stampin' Up! Use the Butterflies Thinlits Dies to create a beautiful greetings card.

Use the Butterflies Thinlits Dies for triple colour...
It is a while since I used the Butterflies Thinlits Dies and what a shame! These dies are gorgeous! But when you're a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator you manage to accrue a lot of stuff and some of it gets neglected after a while in favour of more current items, or personal favourites.

I'm so glad I dug these dies back out:

As you can see there are three gorgeous Butterflies in this set, which can be used on their own, like I have in this project, but also co-ordinate with our Butterfly Basics stamp set (below):

Choosing your butterfly colours
I used three colours for my butterflies - Crumb Cake, Soft Sky and Calypso Coral. Of course you could have the butterflies all the same colour, or opt for a different selection of colours altogether. I'd love to remake this card and have some Elegant Eggplant in there.

I used the small butterfly stamp with Marina Mist and fussy cut the butterfly out. The 'hello' sentiment is from Thoughtful Banners and the ink spots are from Touches of Texture.
