Learn how to make this Silver Birch tree card using the Woodland Embossing Folder by Stampin' Up!

Make this gorgeous Silver Birch greetings card using the Woodland Embossing Folder by Stampin' Up!

Learn more about the Woodland Embossing Folder
Today's project actually features an embossed image, rather than a stamp image. That's right, the Silver Birch trees have actually been produced using the Woodland Textured Impressions Embossing Folder by Stampin' Up! and not a stamp set; you can follow the step-by-step instructions below on how to create it.

This embossing folder is extremely versatile, use it to create framed pictures, cards and home decor projects. You can use it for backgrounds as a whole piece, or cut the individual trees out by hand.

How to make this project
Follow this step-by-step guide

1. Use a Sponge Brayer to apply Bermuda Bay and Basic Black to your Whisper White Cardstock card front.
2. Run the Woodland Embossing Folder through the Big Shot.
3. Brayer the raised side of the embossing folder with the black ink.
4. Fussy cut the trees using Paper Snips.
5. Adhere the trees to your background using Tombow Multipurpose Glue.
6. Create a sentiment using the Labeler Alphabet Stamp Set, and stamp a red heart in Real Red or Cherry Cobbler ink.
7. Assemble your card, add your sentiment using Stampin' Dimensionals.
