Today has been a funny day in Suffolk, the weather has been flipping from late-summer sunny weather to rainy, (and slightly cold!) autumn weather. Yesterday was the Autumnal Equinox and so I suppose we'll see more of the latter now.
Here are some snaps from my little outing to Rendlesham Forest earlier...
Mr Hippy and I are keen outdoors folk. After crafting, getting outside is probably my favourite thing to do, and despite the weather I still like to make summery cards!
Learn what you need to make today's Stampin' Up! project
I love today's project because it's beautiful yet so simple to make.
I cut a Whisper White Cardstock circle using the Big Shot and the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies, which I have been using all week! I stamped some flowers in Bermuda Bay, and a sentiment in Calypso Coral, using the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set.
I have tied in the Calypso Coral ink with some lovely paper from our Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper, which I've mounted on to Whisper White Cardstock. To finish my project off I have cut some dragonflies using some Night of Navy Cardstock and the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits Dies.
This is such a lovely cheerful card and perfect for any occasion. You can obviously swap the paper and colours and change the look completely.
I recommend that you take a look at our other Classic Stampin' Pads and Designer Series Papers.
