The 'In the City' stamp set by Stampin' Up!

Take a look at this card made using In the City by Stampin' Up! I used a combination of Old Olive, Elegant Eggplant and Tempting Turquoise

I love this project. This is a card I have CASEd from fabulous fellow demonstrator Marieke Bart. Full credit goes to her for this. Marieke is a demonstraor in the Netherlands and makes some AMAZING things. I am a huge fan of her work - thank you so much Marieke for such a wonderful idea.

I absolutely adore this stamp set - it's called In the City and it is one of the Hostess stamps available from Stampin' Up!

As I mentioned earlier 'In the City' is one of Stampin' Up!'s Hostess Stamp Sets. This means you can only purchase it with Stampin' Rewards, which is a percentage you get back to spend on whatever you like when you spend £150 or more in one order. How fabulous is that?

Our Hostess Stamp Sets are generally cheaper than the others in the Catalogue, so this is a fab offer.

In the City is a two-step stamping set and comprises of 60 stamps - which is absolutely huge. You can create an entire city with this stamp set. You could use this stamp set for so many things - card making, scrapbooking, home decor projects and memory keeping. The list is endless.

Quite a few were used to create this masterpiece:

Basic Black
Old Olive
Tempting Turquoise
Pool Party
Crumb Cake
Sweet Sugarplum
Elegant Eggplant

Although there is quite a bit of work in this card it's easy to recreate by just looking at the picture. I used the Stitched Shape Framelit Dies in the Big Shot, and four colours of Cardstock - Old Olive, Elegant Eggplant, Tempting Turquoise and Whisper White.

I fussy cut the trees and cars - all in all this was a fabulous project to make.

Don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions about this project in particular, or the products I have used (which are all available by clicking on their names).
