Good morning everyone!
How's it going?
So we had an absolutely FAB time yesterday with Little Hippy - Mr Hippy took us to Colchester Zoo. Now, as I explained yesterday, I don't do zoos. I don't bet on horses, I don't do circuses (with animals in) - I don't do anything that exposes animals as entertainment for humans but with an open mind I went along as I had been educated that Colchester Zoo do a lot for conservation and animal charities.
The Zoo (voted 11th best zoo in the world) opens with beautiful gardens and several gorgeous statues:
We had fun on the train that takes you around the park and into the Lemur enclosure - today the Lemurs were hiding from us humans:
Little Hippy enjoying the statues:
...and measuring herself against the height of a polar bear (on all fours!):
We had a really lovely day and learnt a lot and Little Hippy loved it!
After a long day a simple card...
I was exhausted after all that walking. I have being trying to increase my steps each day and although I didn't hit as many walking around a zoo as I thought I would, I did more than enough for me! I was shattered at the end of it and so I thought I would do a CASE.
I have CASEd Val Moody's gorgeous Swirly Bird card. I have changed the original sentiment and I've used slightly different colours. This is such a great card that uses very little supplies.
To make this gorgeous card you will need:
Swirly Bird Photopolymer Bundle (matching stamps and dies)

Tuxedo Memento Black Ink
Big Shot Machine
Whisper White Cardstock
Basic Black Cardstock
Emerald Envy Classic Stampin' Pad
