So today I wanted to post up pictures of projects made with the fabulous new Spring Summer Catalogue products but alas, I have well and truly been knocked out with the flu.
Yesterday, after a few hours struggling to do nothing on the sofa I finally gave up and went to bed. That said, I continued to work on my laptop, I'm not very good at being ill!
Here I am looking rather sorry for myself... Notice the new Spring Summer Catalogue and Sale-a-bration brochure, along with tissues and Lemsip!
Thankfully I have a lovely nurse (Mr Hippy) who looked after me and brought me a lovely warming lunch in bed.
So unfortunately I don't have any cool projects to show you today, however I do have these Watercolor Pencils to showcase!
They're new to the Spring Summer Catalogue and by all accounts are absolutely amazing. I haven't bought them yet but they're on my list of things to buy. You can colour with them like regular pencils or add water to them to produce a watercoloured effect. A lot of the other demonstrators have bought them (one of the perks of being a demonstrator is we get to buy products a month early!) and I have seen some amazing techniques and projects made with them already.
The Watercolor Pencils cost £14.50 and there are 13 in the pack: Basic Black, Basic Grey, Bermuda Bay, Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight, Early Espresso, Melon Mambo, Old Olive, Pacific Point, Pumpkin Pie, Real Red, Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White.
Use with Aqua Painters, Blender Pens or alone.
Hopefully I'll be back with a new, Spring Summer project for you tomorrow, depending on whether I manage the rest of this afternoon upright. I hope you have managed to avoid the germs so far - there seem to be a lot of them!
***Don't forget it's Sale-a-bration! FREE gift for every £45 spent. Top post for more info***
