Happy Birthday Peacock

At last I've got round to using the peacock stamp from out of the World Treasures set.

Stampin' Up! World Treasures

Anyone who has peeked at the Stampin' Up! main catalogue will see that I've had a go at making their design, except I have changed the colour layout a little bit.

I love this stamp!! I stamped four times and cut and layered parts of the peacock to get a multi-coloured bird - you could also use the Stampin' Write markers to colour him differently and stamp in one go - if you look closely at his back feathers you'll be able to see I used pens to achieve the varying orange and green colour.

I used the as-always-amazing Big Shot to emboss the background cardstock.

I then decorated him with some Rhinestones to make him a bit sparkly! I then added a Happy Birthday Sentiment and there you are - a fabulously bright birthday card for someone special.
